Karen Perez

Originally from Minnesota, Karen began her real estate career in California, working as a licensed listing coordinator for a top-producing agent in Manhattan Beach whose clientele included professional athletes and high-profile individuals. She later transitioned into the mortgage industry as an Operations Manager for a top-producing brokerage, gaining valuable insight into the financing side of transactions.


After taking time off to focus on her family, Karen returned to the workforce in roles that strengthened her expertise in operations, training, and organizational development, including positions with Saudia Airlines and The Aerospace Corporation, where she most recently worked in People and Organizational Development. These experiences refined her attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to guide clients through complex processes with ease.


Now based in Northeast Florida, Karen felt called to return to real estate, combining her early career foundation with years of professional experience to serve clients at a higher level. Together with her husband, a mortgage lender with over 25 years of experience, she offers a seamless and well-supported experience across both real estate and financing.


Karen is passionate about helping clients find not just a home, but a lifestyle along Florida’s beautiful coast.


Outside of real estate, she is a proud mom of three, two sons who reside in California, one of whom is a Coast Guard veteran, and a daughter who attends Beachside High School. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Northeast Florida’s beaches and springs, visiting local attractions, and enjoying live music around town.
